100% dairy free vegan culture. Make soy, almond or coconut yoghurt. Makes 100 litres. 

Cultures include: 

  • Streptococcus thermophilus
  • Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus
  • and the probiotics
  • Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis
  • Lactobacillus acidophilus
