These pH strips help you keep your kombucha first fermentation on track.
The pH level for your finished kombucha should be in the range of 2.5-3.5. With these handy strips, you can easily check that your brew is in this healthy range.
Tear off a strip, and dip it into your brew for approximately 10 seconds. Check the colour against the included guide.
When you are testing your brew, you'll use a combination of pH testing and taste tests. Your finished brew should not taste too sweet or vinegary. It should have a slightly tart taste, without the overpowering taste of vinegar.
Pack of 20 strips.
